I think that spending time on these holidays is the same as getting up early, going to classes and doing homework. For this reason, most of my university vacation has avoided exotic places, and when others left, I chose to stay on campus. I was able to enjoy peace, quietness, safety and a little rest on campus, but I can not deny what I want to change.
I spent the evening at Wind Creek Casino and Hotel in Atmore, Alabama. This is the only place I found between Theodore and Montgomery. The casino was built on the tribal land originally belonged to Poarch Creek Indians and next to the hotel bowling alley there is a museum specialized in its heritage, which is the size of a large bathroom. The rest of the hotel's first floor has a slot machine, the elderly smoking and pushing the machine buttons side by side. It is hard to believe that there is a sad place in the free world.
