According to Mr. Hossein and Mr. Akon, famous economists believe that current assets should be treated as working capital because they help to generate profits. Their study showed that large amounts of short-term funding were used to achieve 100% funding of fixed assets and liquid assets. Although this will result in lower profitability, the risk of bankruptcy will increase. We rely on low cost long-term funding to maximize profit by utilizing aggressive working capital raising (using short-term funds to raise fixed assets) at a textile factory in Bangladesh. The method used to validate that hypothesis is by comparing regression analysis and finance ratio calculation.
