The case of the Indiana State fair is a clear example of what happens when an organization has no crisis management team, planning, strategy, or crisis organization learning experience. As we observed, many people from different departments do not communicate effectively with each other. It reminds us of the disaster of the whole Titanic, but it is inherently small only. There are many signs and opportunities there to prevent the crisis from directly affecting them. Unfortunately, there are too many opportunities to miss, which is eventually the time of the race and the time of victory.

Last week I went to Indiana to organize the Indiana State Fair every year. Every year, the exhibition will be based on this year's theme, food world. In Indiana, we cultivate, sell and cook various foods. We exhibit ours at the exhibition, but there are other 57 attractions.

Years ago, I became a judge at the local beauty contest and I was asked to be the queen of my county fair in the Indiana country hometown. (The winner will continue to compete to win the title of the Miss Indiana State Fair.) There are some talents and attractive participants. In fact, it is difficult to vote as a winner.

Indiana State is located in the Midwest United States, one of the eight states that make up the Great Lakes Region. Northern Indiana has a border with Michigan, eastern Ohio, and the west bordering Illinois. Lake Michigan borders Indiana in the northwest, whereas Ohio separates Indiana from Kentucky in the south. Indiana's average altitude is 230 meters above sea level (about 760 feet). The highest point in the state is the Huasa mountain range of Wayne County, the altitude is 1,257 feet (383 m). It is 320 feet above sea level (98 m), the lowest point is in Posey County, the Wabash River and the Ohio River are joining. With 2,850 square miles (7,400 square kilometers) above the 1,000 feet (300 m) above sea level, this area is surrounded by 14 counties. Tell City and Terre Haute to Evansville and Mount Vernon are concentrated in Ohio and Wabash Valley and the altitude is approximately 4,700 square miles (12,000 square kilometers).

Indiana State University (ISU) is a public university located in Terre Haute, Indiana. Established in 1865, it offers over 100 undergraduate majors and over 75 graduate and professional programs. Indiana State is classified as a Ph.D. / Research University by Carnegie Higher Education Organization. In the Princeton review, we have designated Indiana as one of the "best in the Midwest China". Both Princeton Review and US News cite Scott Business School as one of its members. ISU, known for its emphasis on public services, is a member of the Presidential Higher Education Community Service Honorary List and was named the National Nonprofit Leadership Campus in 2013.
