The Case Against Passing a Law or Bill that Would Allow Gay Marriage

The United States is based on the ideals of freedom. The Constitutional Amendment is a fundamental right to speech, press, protest and freedom of religion. But people know where these freedoms can go and how far they can go. They are infinite or should be regulated. In fact, these freedom regulations are necessary, otherwise they may be interpreted and used in many different ways and it may be harmful. The main problem is the extent to which these rights extend and when they have to be tried.

Please consider gay marriage. How did it become legal? It is not Congress to pass the law or to sign presidential order by President Obama. No This is the Supreme Court. They married homosexuals to the United States. This is what people do on their own. Activists and lawyers have fought until the court found a legal strategy to incorporate the law into law. Until that time, Democratic leaders like Hillary and Obama expressed half way support, but I thought it would be too much political risk. When he was the president, Bill Clinton actually passed the law on marriage and marriage protection law of homosexuals.
