The death penalty attempts to imagine that relatives are sitting in a dark and cold, tight jail cell and they know they will die by a fatal injection in a matter of minutes. If their case is not handled correctly, if the evidence is not handled properly, innocent people may be dead. Imagine a family waiting for justice through a fatal injection for years. Each story has two aspects, both families are sad or already exists. According to the Death Penalty Information Center (2011), since 1976, the United States executed 1,243 people convicted of serious crimes.

Discussion on the death penalty has raised many questions about the relationship between pragmatism and moral principles. If perpetrators are found guilty, this problem becomes complicated. Since 1973, after being convicted of new evidence and technological progress, more than 130 people have been released from death row prisoners. Many death penal offenders are based on an investigation showing that the death penalty is deterrence of crime or racial prejudice against minorities. Besides, the death sentence that forces the government to have a tremendous economic burden is pointed out and it often restricts the quality of lawyers accused of defending defendants. But those who oppose the death penalty for moral reasoning say that such considerations should not be the most important, but may be counterproductive, if later studies would compromise these arguments.

The death penalty, also known as the death penalty, is a ruling requiring the use of deadly forces to high-risk prisoners. This form of punishment has become a controversial topic in many discussions. There are 58 countries currently using the capital punishment in the justice system, and 97 countries have decided to completely abolish the death penalty. Canada decided to abolish the death penalty in Canada's criminal law in 1976 and believes that abolition has some positive influence on the Canadian justice system.
