The state I live in is "Ford country". There are many Ford products everyday, such as cars and trucks. I am not completely acquainted with the complexity of Ford, but the business dealing with organizations is infinite. Ford's marketing department is responsible for states competing with the other six companies in the Ford organization. The price of that product is an area where Ford may have different advantages. The ability of the Ford organization to achieve this goal begins with the car manufacturer's largest production car production capacity and price, target market and customer purchasing model.
As mentioned above, the group company has a corporate structure with diversified industrial business units. Due to restrictions, all divisions are under the umbrella of one company. Ford is also active in the automobile and credit industry. Making sure work with a simple paragraph is difficult to mix. According to various diversified enterprises, enterprises can assume various mission statements. We can maintain a motto with various functions within the company, but the restriction of the group is because it is difficult to integrally manage them because the services / products / customers are diverse. Corporate strategy may be different from specific corporate strategy. Likewise, different companies may require different mission statements, but they may differ from company level or deviate in some cases. (Steven & Christiana, 2003)
The company level strategy will explain the general direction of company growth and the overall direction of management of each business unit. These strategies determine the type of business the company is about to enter and the business units that need to be acquired, changed, and sold. Does this strategy solve the problem that we are doing business? There are at least four types of initiatives to develop strategies for multi-sector companies like Sony. Business level policies handle decisions and actions associated with each business unit. The main purpose of the business level strategy is to increase the market competitiveness of the unit. Does this level of strategy solve the problem of how we compete? Business-level strategies are guided by upstream enterprise-level strategies, but business unit administrators need to develop strategies appropriate for their work.
