The Bubonic Plague

One symptom of Black Death is the collapse of the nervous system leading to crazy movement of the arms and legs. Then, after a few days, the skin turns black and the mouth opens. Pest is a normal diagnosis. But the papal doctor of Avignon talked about fever, vomiting, and ulceration but did not swell (ingui).
