The Branch Davidians

On February 28, 1993, Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms Agency (ATF) attacked David David Ranch at Carmel Mountain, a rural area near Waco, Texas. Four agents and five David died in a raid. The siege battle for the next 51 days ended on April 19. On that day, the complex eliminated 75 men, women and children, including leader David Koresh. In 1929, Bulgarian immigrant Victor Houteff claimed that he sent a new message to the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

The name "David Branch" may not be known as the place where the tragedy happened: Waco, Texas, 86 people died after the long siege of the 1993 Davidian Branch.
