In the course of surfing, I occasionally encountered a page titled "A book that changes my life." I have never seen any evidence that this book actually changed the author's life, so I am always annoyed with these pages. Indeed, in most of these pages, a more appropriate title is "a book I like very much". Occasionally it may be called "a book that influences my thinking", but I do not want to call it a change in my life.
However, my bedroom is dotted with lots of exciting books, the opposite is true. I have learned something new, but it is not the case. That book actually did not change my life. The life I am looking at is different, but I am still myself, I still need to deal with my own mistakes. This kind of thing is called "runner's climax" Some people will feel excited during long-distance running. And interesting things have happened - it really helped. I can find out what I need to change everyday to change my mindset and lead a more meaningful life.
Nothing can come closer to my daily habits among all things that change my life and my career. This is an important practice that brings a ripple effect on almost every aspect of my life. It allows me to wake up every morning with something I publish, make lots of good friends and look forward to. It allows me to spend an hour a day to add meaning to my life. This is a habit, in fact it has a 6-digit ROI. I will continue to do so in the rest of my life.
