I started baking yeast bread about a year ago. I tried to learn how to bake using Tartine Bread's book, but I noticed that these instructions are dull and overwhelming. My colleague recommended Josey Baker's book, and a more friendly instruction reminded me of my interest. Do not start with sourdough bread as your first bread - I made a mistake and soon began baking yeast bread with my own starter.
