The Bible and Euthanasia

Euthanasia is a controversial issue in today's society. It is defined as an intentional end of life for the purpose of alleviating pain and suffering. Many people believe that it is human rights to die in peaceful and dignified manner with the help of people. Some people believe that euthanasia is an immoral act, but legitimizing human intentional killing will impair the legal system in the UK. Currently in the UK, doctors and others intentionally do something that makes the death of the patient illegal.

The Bible teaches about abortion and euthanasia The dignity of life has been countlessly expressed, but the Bible does not specifically mention abortion and euthanasia. Human life is considered a gift from God and should be protected and cherished. In addition to protecting the rightful defense of others, it is forbidden to deprive human beings of their lives. That is why the church is opposed to legalization of euthanasia and the situation of current abortion. This indicates that even before conception, God knows us and is planning our future. Many Christians believe that everyone has a purpose in this world, and robbing a life through abortion is a task that prevents the person from completing. Psalm 13913 quotes "Because you are shaping my inner part, it is being woven together in the uterus of my mother". The sixth commandment of the Bible is "You do not kill."

Euthanasia is breaking the sixth commandment of the Bible. It continues to say that people are purchasing at a certain price that they do not belong to themselves. Humans should honor God with their bodies. Everyone's purpose has a purpose. Elderly people who can no longer take care of themselves can help their caregivers recognize and understand their health status. Life of another elderly can achieve a more precise purpose for families in difficult times on the road.

Euthanasia and PAS refuse the inherent dignity that God gives to mankind. Participants try to eliminate the pain, but instead remove the objective value of life. The Bible does not talk directly to euthanasia or PAS, but Christian thought requires a critical and biblical approach to the subject.
