Student Support Team (SST) The Student Support Team (SST) is a multidisciplinary team of experts and guardians who are aiming to meet the needs of students who are experiencing academic or behavioral problems at school . Due to the legal decision of the 1984 Marshall incident, Georgia Department of Education approved the SST. In the ruling party's speech, minority students who are overly mentioned and are included in the special education program are involved. Therefore, the SST model involves observing students from an overall perspective.
Interdisciplinary education teams including parents must design courses to meet the personal and academic needs of the identified SED students. Most students benefit from supportive care provided in the general education curriculum. For others, at least in special education classes, it may be appropriate to place temporarily in the course of the school or institution. Special education programs often try to provide structured environments to students to achieve a high level of success, rules and practices are predictable and students are always paid for appropriate actions I will accept. Behavior management techniques such as active strengthening, token economy, contracts and timeouts rely on direct measurement and monitoring of behavioral changes commonly used in SED programs
Volunteer activities by parents in the classroom will benefit students, parents, teachers and schools. These advantages are focused on student achievement, behavior, self-esteem, professional consciousness, educational communication and support, and school economics. Since all of these benefits together create a more happy and more effective educational environment, educators should look for opportunities to recruit parents and family volunteers wherever possible.
As a child I grew up in one of the most prestigious school districts in the country (Montgomery County, Maryland), I have one educational benefit all students should have. And, many students support parents' participation and education. Despite going to a "wonderful" school, the former generation, in particular the father of our founder, has a deeply rooted foundation in the humanities sciences and can not control learning, so I received appropriate education Is not ... I love it. Throughout the lives of adults
Three years ago, I joined Esri as a leader of the Education Development Team. The higher education strategy I proposed complements our long-standing efforts to provide educators directly new support for students. I believe that not only the basic geographical approach that our technology brings but we need to stimulate grassroots interest and the necessity of our technology, but I still believe it. When I arrived in Esri in 2011, we did not know how to do this. Then MOOC appeared in 2012 and introduced the mass market of free online education in the world. This phenomenon provides the channels necessary for learners to traditionally allow them to transcend fields including mapping and GIS into their curriculum. I have been experienced in online education and learning at Penn State University for several years. Also, Esri has an online course experience since the 1990s. Therefore, MOOC seems to be the next step of course.
