As a general fact, the population on Earth is huge. In other words, more than 7 billion people live on relatively small planets. Organic foods are considered to be safer than traditional foods, and because they have natural resources, they are a reasonable choice. "Natural" means that the ingredients should be obtained from plants and animals that grow or breed without chemicals or artificial nutrients. The US Department of Agriculture has launched a special certification program requiring that organic foods meet certain criteria.

Another study found that organic food has great advantages. The 2008 White Paper was supervised by Benbrook as OCA's Organic Food Center. The team reviewed 97 published studies and concluded that each food or calorie consumed consumed more essential nutrients because "the average nutrient density of organic cultivated vegetable foods has increased by 25%" . There is no independent evidence that organic foods have consistent material nutritional or safety benefits over traditional foods. Scientists say that some of the claimed benefits, such as high levels of antioxidants and omega - 3 fatty acids and phenols, may not be totally beneficial. The other difference may be whether or not the cow is grass, feed or cereal whether or not it is organic. The claim that crops are more "nutrition-intensive" has not been consistently supported by independent research.
