The community service learning program promotes positive social change by actively participating in a well organized and structured community service learning environment that provides students the opportunity to learn and grow. It is also attractive for students to proactively learn and demonstrate the significance and importance of academic achievement in life experience and career choice. In this type of course, students can look back on their service experiences related to course work, self-development, and support the fostering of citizenship through community involvement.

The purpose of this paper is to promote the positive relationship among students in service learning, especially in interdisciplinary students and in rural communities where these students study, live and work. The benefits of serving students and local residents will leave a positive impression. Due to the limited nature of rural health services and health care professionals, the focus of medical education has shifted from a typical classroom environment to the community. Furthermore, collaboration between fields is necessary to improve the provision of services to existing providers. Increased costs to provide medical services and lack of service providers make it necessary for universities to expose learners to the real world through "service learning" activities to enhance the need to recruit and maintain future health care professionals had.

Before planning and maintaining a wide range of plans, community service is beneficial to others in a sense. Students benefit from participating in these community service activities. A lot of research has been done on this topic to provide evidence of multiple benefits. The most important benefit of the report is the psychological, social and cognitive benefits experienced by students. I will build relationships with each other by participating in community service projects and other members of the community. These relationships enhanced my interpersonal skills. Social volunteer activities increase interest in others and I hope to cooperate and actively participate even among those who showed antisocial tendencies before. Another great advantage is that the sense of social connection seems to win more and more in a segmented society.
