The Benefits and Problems of Outsourcing

Outsourcing is a very important issue not only in today's information service industry but also in the employment industry as a whole. According to Merriam Webster online dictionary, the definition of outsourcing is as follows. "Dispatch people outside the company (part of the work of the company)" (Merriam-Webster, 2014). Very effectively, in the case of outsourcing management, this will be done by an external company for work that the company or parent company may be able to complete or have completed.

There is no problem with outsourcing, but the overall merit (at least in the long term) seems to exceed the cost. This is the result of research. In addition to the fact that outsourcing definitely leads to temporary migration of American workers, the opponents did not present strong arguments about why outsourcing is not a rational economic strategy. Instead, supporters identified several reasons and data to support outsourcing. Therefore, the overall conclusion at the moment is that outsourcing has a positive overall impact on the US economy.

Many companies outsource their work to overseas contract companies. This has many advantages, such as cheap labor. Technical positions such as backend development and maintenance are outsourced normally in this way and will work in most cases. But we are convinced that we can not outsource everything. One process that can not be outsourced is to design a user experience. As an online education website, our products are accessed by Australian students. As a person living and working in Sri Lanka, I had never had the opportunity to talk to them and find out what they liked. My only point of contact is through my client. My design really makes him happy, is that enough? In retrospect, I think it is not enough for this project, because I can not talk to potential users or understand their feelings.
