According to the data of the World Rankings Research Group, Japan is a leader in industrial development and as a result has acquired a large number of patents (211). A few years ago I wrote an article on "Education Futures" blog "10 Reasons for American Education System Failure" (Lynch, 2015). Among them, I cited 10 issues and problems that prevented the US educational system from realizing that possibility. Even after years, this article is regularly posted on www.edweek.org as one of the most popular blog posts of the day. Therefore, Education Week believes that it is interesting to review this list in some way, I sincerely agree. I decided not to repeat them because most of the reasons I mentioned in my original work are still true. Instead, I decided to create a new list of new issues and issues in the US educational system.
