Duddy Kravitz's apprenticeship by Modikai Richller is the story of a young greedy boy who believes money is the way to happiness and pride. Duddy just trampled (to some extent) his friends and family. Richdy inherently had free sympathy for Duddy as Duddy was written and diversified by Richler. Daddy is a person based on Mordecai's own personality. Duddy Kravitz is a liar, a blackmailer and a liar. However, Daddy Kravitz is a liar of liars, but Daddy will never be abandoned.
