The American Dream to the American Nightmare

Today's real estate market is an uncertain and unstable market. As real estate prices continue to decline, foreclosures are depreciating more and more communities, and the bottom of the real estate market is still a speculation game. The collapse of subprime mortgage affected home owners, investment groups, financial institutions, and the economy as a whole. The market that had been growing rapidly in 2005 built 2,068,000 new homes and has since been collapsed (Utt 2008). There are no houses that can regain its value until there is no foreclosure and short sale transactions saturated by the US community.

For me, I want to be like everyone else ... The dream of realizing a life I do not want is actually not a dream, but my education is a terrible nightmare to lead me. People are fighting. Everyone can live the life of other people. It is very easy to simply copy the desires and dreams of others and find what they are looking for.
