In the era of bureaucracy, "the era of bureaucracy" was the era when Song was holding power in the year 960 AD. After the military rebellion, it is clear that if the government has sufficient time, they can change all the details of Chinese life. For the empire of the future, the dynasty of the song gave way until 1850 when the event brought a riot to Taiping heaven. There are many factors that change the organizational structure from bureaucracy to post bureaucracy, such as rapid technology change, intense competition, rapidly changing product market and customer needs, flexibility requirements. Reducing costs is also an important factor that causes this trend.
