The Age of Bureaucracy

In the era of bureaucracy, "the era of bureaucracy" was the era when Song was holding power in the year 960 AD. After the military rebellion, it is clear that if the government has sufficient time, they can change all the details of Chinese life. For the empire of the future, the dynasty of the song gave way until 1850 when the event brought a riot to Taiping heaven. These people in the government are stakeholders, starting with equalization of the government, spreading to other aspects of society, and developing Chinese culture together.

As transition from the bureaucratic era to the platform era, the authorities can achieve large impact by controlling and influencing resources and people mainly based on fear Framework and production invitation messaging platform, I think that content creation, social media, wiki etc. can be used easily. All of these are new ways for other users to take actions by sharing strong motivating messages and toolkits. This relationship is not only one way. Technology has come to provide a sympathetic (large scale) means of getting feedback and learning how to adjust our story to maximize participation.

The organizational structure is important to the effectiveness of the company's performance and the organizational structure depends on the company's own background. Since the 1980s more and more literature has been claimed that "the era of bureaucracy is over or over", and "basic behavior transcending bureaucracy" (Heckscher, 1998, p. 2). We are transitioning from bureaucracy to post bureaucracy. Generally, post-bureaucracy includes subcontract, decentralization, flexible organizational boundaries, borderless enterprises and networks (Ackroyd, 1991). Since decentralization is a very important part of post bureaucracy, I will explain it separately. There are many factors that change the organizational structure from bureaucracy to post bureaucracy, such as rapid technology change, intense competition, rapidly changing product market and customer needs, flexibility requirements. Reducing costs is also an important factor that causes this trend.
