The Actual Definition of Suicide in Suicide Note by Janice Mirikitani

When people see her body lying in the snow, they think her suicide is because she can not be perfect. But in a deeper sense, suicide symbolizes that she can not understand the concept of family love, diligence, and happiness. First, when the speaker of Mirkitani experienced the pressure of his parents as a daughter, she compared himself with being the son of her family. "Suicide note" by Janice Mirikitani is about Asian American college students who jumped out of the dormitory window and committed suicide. This poem is being read as a suicide memo left by this young lady. Her last thoughts and emotions were left in this memo, and I explained why she did what she did. The pressure of student success against himself and his parents can not be overcome. This poem initially explains some of the harsh emotions associated with failure. She first wrote that "not enough, not enough beautiful, not clever enough." These phrases are repeated through poetry. Somehow, the woman felt that her merit is not perfect as her achievement is not perfect. She is not satisfied with her performance. She apologizes for failing to achieve a full four-point average. She said, "Every time I am disappointed, there is ice in my river."

Anyone who knew them before, you can see why people commit suicide by seeing "suicide memo" of Janice Mirikitani. While reading this poem, the reasons for suicide by female college student were stated. She wrote this letter to apologize to her parents. She likes himself to a sparrow, believes that he is someone else, and believes that if he is not perfect it makes no sense. I think this poor little girl must be perfect in everything he is doing. The line of repetition of this poem shows that she feels that she is "not enough, not enough beautiful, enough intelligent" (ln 3). In the field of italics, the reader learned that she committed suicide because she did not win an average 0 point. "When all the news of life has disappeared, cowards have sneaked away and sent a brave life" (others). She did not regard her failure as a challenge, but she chose to treat it as a disorder.
