Many people have heard about Spain's King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella. However, only some people know all that I did. They may be best known for funding the voyage of Christopher Columbus, but they also make a big contribution to the unification of Spain ("Isabella l"). They gathered many kingdoms on the Iberian peninsula together to form Spain today. Through the unification of Spain, King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella strengthened Spain as an economic and prestigious world, enabling the spread of Christianity and the colonization of a new world.

How was Spain before the Golden Age? King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella ruled the kingdom that eventually became a Spanish nation.
