The American Mobile Nursing Association (AAACN) is a unified specialized agency of registered nurses in various types of dynamic care environments. AAACN is working to improve medical quality in outpatient clinics, improve patient outcome, and achieve higher medical efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the important role of nurses (RN) in achieving these goals. RN is essential for improving quality and safety and reducing costs of outpatient medical systems.

Medical experts play a central and important role in improving access to the population and high quality medical care. They provide basic services to promote health, prevent disease, and provide health care to individuals, families and communities based on primary care methods. Mechanisms to optimize the strengths and skills of medical professionals are essential to achieve the Millennium Development Goals. World Health Report 2006: Working together for good health emphasizes the lack of some 4.3 million doctors, midwives, nurses and supportive workers around the world. Severe lack of 57 36 out of the countries are in Africa. In response to this emergency crisis, the 59 th World Health Assembly adopted resolution WHA 59.23. This recognizes and maximizes the "central role of health human resources in effective function of the national health system" and seeks innovative strategy and contribution of medical experts

Interdisciplinary healthcare to understand interdisciplinary healthcare is thought to cope with the crisis faced by modern healthcare systems. A team of health professionals who meet the needs of patients is expected to cope with increasingly complex diseases and current resource shortages in the global health care system. - It is important to recognize some of the key determinants of the size and nature of the health professional employment sector rather than trying to include all relevant factors that affect the needs of different medical professionals . One of the decisive factors that can not be ignored is that the predictive decrease in the doctor population has been considered insufficient in many areas to meet social needs.
