Arnold Spirit Jr. is a 14 year old high school freshman who experienced these experiences for himself. His poor career and a different culture made him the main target of rejection and refusal by his colleagues, and he also had problems with the reservation. "I am 14 years old, I have been to 42 funerals." This is really the biggest difference between Indians and Caucasians. It was not in the early twenties that I read Sherman Aleksey's young adult novel "Absolute Truth Diary of Part Time Indians". It was assigned to my undergraduate writing seminar at the University of Pittsburgh. And it reestablished my relationship with high school poisonous friends. A young, part-time Indian Spokane protagonist has a brave and curious voice of rude teenagers, what sounds like my age. When his father sang the country song and joked about his masturbation with his friend, the teenager liked it. He laughed at his sister's preference in a romantic novel and heard the list of his girlfriends in the place where she would go after she left the town. When they encountered impossible situations, they bothered the hearts of all teenagers: "My hopes and dreams come to mushroom clouds, what happened when we declared war on nuclear war? "
