The 670 Eames Lounge Chair

In 1956, 670 Eames Lounge chairs and their Ottoman Empire made their debut at Arlene Francis-sponsored NBC. Designed by Charles & Ray Eames, the new masterpiece at the time was said to be "a modern version of an old English club chair", then became a true design icon in the 20th century.
