Through American history, which dates back to the late 18th century and the revolutionary war, the United States was different from other countries in its many qualities. Documents such as the Declaration of Independence of the Americas and the Bill of Rights document clarify some of the qualities that Americans value. Rights may be found in the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights, often referred to as the forefront of discussions on gun control. The second amendment of the Bill of Rights is to "stipulate that well-controlled militia is necessary for the security of free countries, the citizens have the right to store and carry weapons and not infringe" ing.

Although the use of the second amendment as part of the discussion on gun control is effective, those claiming gun control are usually (erroneously) related to firearms and militias, or completely I believe it denies legality. I think that there is a simple argument against gun control, which is simpler, more logical, and unobtrusive. Since these two words are the core of discussion, we need to point out the difference. Murder is illegal (or unreasonable) killing. I know that anyone who reads this site knows the difference, but if we discuss this topic with counter gun, it is useful to confirm that they agree on the difference.

The use of the second amendment as an argument against gun control applies only to people who recognize its effectiveness, so this discussion will not be effective against anti-gun, no matter how many attempts are made. In my opinion this argument is simpler and does not depend on interpretation of people or approval of second amendment. Note: I think that it is a personal use - saying that it is not ownership of bombs and WMDs as a means of self-defense but to use it is another argument and will not necessarily be covered by this discussion. Such weapons can not distinguish between innocent bystanders and attackers, which can lead to illegal killings.

Gun control is an effort to restrict or limit gun ownership and use. Discussion of gun control may be one of the most important problems in our society. In 2008, the US Supreme Court ruled that the second amendment will restrict the government's ability to ban the pistol. Several politicians are enthusiastic about gun control and vote only for this issue; therefore, the people we chose have a direct impact on our lives. - In the United States, the number of deaths from firearms is the largest each year. "381 in Germany, 255 in France, 165 in Canada, 68 in the UK, 65 in Australia, 39 in Japan, 11, 127 in the United States" (Moore Michael, 51: 15-51: 48). It is important to have a gun control law that restricts the possession of dangerous guns such as machine guns by people because of the largest number of deaths in the United States. The gun control law should support both sides of the discussion.
