The 19th Amendment: Equal Rights to Vote

In the 19 th revision, the US Constitution prohibits US citizens from being deprived of voting rights based on gender. The 19 th revision is an important turning point for many women in the United States. It gives women the freedom they had not previously had. Before this amendment was adopted, many women did not explain themselves, but it was impossible with the adjudication of the next male character. It was until the 19 th revision of 1920 was passed. The amendment gives women power, giving them social justice and many political rights.

Article 19 of the amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America (1920) stipulates the equal voting rights of men and women. The amendment stipulates that the right of referendum "should not be rejected or deleted by the United States or another country for sex." The 14th revision (1868) implies this equality, but most states continue to limit or prohibit women's voting rights. Since the women's rights movement that started as early as the 1930s was interwoven with the fight against slavery abolition, the 19 th revision proposal proposed by Congress in 1878 was proposed. This amendment is a problem that is controversial for over 40 years. Women's rights movement has become radical, has been published and demonstrated by Congress for correction. "Positive rights amendment" was written by Alice Paul in 1923, only a few years after the woman got the right to vote for the 19 th fix. She is the founder and feminist of the National Women's Party. Since its establishment in 1972, ERA has been published in almost all sessions, but since it is not implemented in three states, it can be incorporated into the constitution. When the ERA becomes part of the Constitution, all Federal and Family Court laws discriminating on the basis of gender are completely abolished.
