Early in the 18th century was a transition period. The wealth of the Mughal Empire, the rule of aristocracy, aristocratic nobility are decreasing. However, despite the decline of the Mughal Empire and its nobility, a new and wealthier society emerges and the newly acquired source of wealth is the prosperity of trade activities in Delhi and its surrounding areas. They attacked the aristocratic way and was expressed as a radical (new expensive) by modern Persian poets. The new generation of Urdu poets connected with new wealthy aristocratic families and helped maintain the cultural atmosphere of these families as well as sponsoring new literary media.
When Mirza Galib was born (1797), the Mughal Empire was accelerating its decline. The Mughal royal family was humiliated by the hands of Rofras and was humiliated by Maratha who later occupied the city for a short time. In 1803, the British entered Delhi as a winner after defeating Marathas. Infrastructure managed by the UK is being established soon. The rulers of the Mughal people are British pensioners and the empire has been open for 50 years, but its power and authority all weakened. In theory, however, Mughal emperor is still the sovereign ruler, Jets, Rogeras, Maratha, and the United Kingdom need the name of the Mughal emperor to give de facto power with political legitimacy . In spite of the magnificence of the past, the court etiquette and rituals can continue as before. Transition of power to Britain is imminent, but the existence of the empire is essential to maintain art and literature.
Bangladesh is the province of the Mughal Empire and after the decline of the Mughal Empire, Suvadar or the governor of Bangladesh declared that he was Nawab of Bangladesh. He respected only Emperor Delhi. In fact, the emperor has authority over him. Nawab is independent but not strong. In all respects, the throne and territory are in danger. Internal situation is getting worse. The government is corrupt and weak. People are dissatisfied. When the British and France war and the Carnatic War were going on, Alivardi Khan was Nawab in Bangladesh. He is a competent ruler, but his whole personality is broken due to Maratha's invasion.
