In a competitive contemporary world, companies are striving hard to increase sales in various ways. In most cases, companies do not care much about the ethics of product development and product testing. Almost all cosmetic manufacturers publicly violate certain ethical concepts and standards, including animal chemical tests. Due to this failed experiment, even when millions of animals suffer each year they die. I believe that many cosmetic companies have the ability to minimize the movement of animal experiments and find alternative ways to ensure that their products are safe for humans. Imagine that it is trapped in a laboratory cage for weeks, pumping deadly chemicals into the bloodstream, experiencing pain and fear, and finally dying of useless and absurd death. In my article, testing that animal cosmetics can lead to friendly and innocuous biological death, and that there is an alternative to laboratory chemicals and it is easy to replace animal experiments Try to convince viewers. The purpose of my paper is to inform readers about the basis for testing cosmetics on animals, to identify those adverse effects and to explain alternative methods of testing chemicals.
"Every year, cosmetic companies are killing millions of animals to test their products" (Cosmetic Testing Facts, 2009). It is speculated that these tests determined the safety and harmlessness of the ingredients used in the manufacture of cosmetic products. Experiments investigate various effects of drugs and chemical substances on animals, such as toxicity, skin irritation, eye tissue damage. In addition, animals are sick from time to time to investigate new medicines and chemical substances deliberately. The process was so painful that the rabbits frequently broke their neck and tried to escape. The lethal dose test is used to identify the amount of substance that kills a certain number of animals. Basically, these organisms are contaminated by various methods such as inhalation, injection and digestion.
Testing cosmetic chemicals in animals, however, has proven to measure human health from certain substances, rather than their negative effects on specific animal species. In any case, there is sufficient evidence that test results obtained from experiments conducted in rats can not be applied to humans. In addition, test results may be affected by gender, age, nutrition and other unique characteristics of animals. It is important to recognize that the animal to be examined causes severe damage to its organs, tissues, and eyes.
Another problem of animal testing is that it is used for cosmetic testing. Britain prohibits animal testing of cosmetics and Europe is preparing to impose a ban before 2009, but other countries are still using animals for cosmetic testing. People who oppose this practice believe that the use of animals' lives is very cruel and cruel, so humans can "search better". Aesthetic is a major problem, and some people support animal experiments for medical purposes, but cosmetics are not supported. Despite the controversy seen in both animal experimental related issues, there is still no clear right or wrong that seems to make everyone soothing. However, one thing seems to be consistent - at least animals suffering should be minimized and animals should be respected during care. If you are continuing an animal experiment - currently ongoing - Do not abuse animals
Some countries continue to insist on animal experiments, but other countries are improving. In 2013, the ban on animal cosmetic tests and animal cosmetics sales came into force in the European Union and efforts began to find substitutes for all common cosmetics used in animals. India, Israel, Norway and Switzerland also adopt similar laws. Cosmetic companies doing animal experiments in the U.S. and abroad can not sell these products in any of these countries unless the practice is changed. In some provinces of Guatemala, New Zealand, Korea, Taiwan, Turkey and Brazil, laws prohibiting or restricting cosmetic animal testing have been passed.
