"The danger of darkening the United States and the civilized world on September 11 is not a cruel act of the day" (Ashcroft, 2003) The security of the terrorism incident on September 11 increased, I believe that it is an infringement of the right. This survey leads students through investigating individual freedom and public security. By investigating persuasive questions, "Safety should exceed freedom?" Students evaluate the constitutionality of government actions arising from the desire to protect the American citizens. Formal acting tasks are based on the knowledge and skills of the inquiry process to help students assess the good balance between protection and oppression. Students have created evidence theory about the current behavior aimed at the past government action and protection, but there is a possibility that the constitution may challenge the students.

Reason is the process of observing the surrounding world, systematically applying logical and experimental rules, and creating conclusions that other people can follow. It often tries to abstract from the details in order to draw out and defend general conclusions.
