This problem occurs when people start changing their daily lives to listen to their favorite programs. Television is medicine, as it may possibly help or hinder individuals as needed.

Everyday activities such as singing, playing and exploring will help babies and young children improve cognitive and motor skills. When turning on the TV, the infant can not concentrate on active hands-on game. Background television may threaten cognitive and language development and may be related to early childhood attention problems. Baby's brain is not suitable for understanding television, but you can learn from social interaction. At birth, a brain network supporting interactive learning has begun to develop. A newborn baby can recognize the face and sound, and is sensitive to social cues such as eye contact, expression, intonation. 29 These clues are learning aid that helps babies and infants understand their surroundings.

Radio and television have not changed for decades. The television network succeeded in hindering innovation to maintain its strong position.
