An important milestone in the history of telecommunications is the invention of Telegraph. This is the beginning of communication via wire. The computer industry is often thought to be new, but as Americans emigrated to the west the basic technology of the computer network was developed. Magnetic telephone companies and dozens of other high-tech companies in the 19th century traveled along the railroad for miles of telegraph. (Derfler & Freed, 2003).

In its historical process, humans have used optical signals, telegraphs, telephones and other communication means. Today, the undeniable leader in the telecommunications market is cellular communication, but its use is related to certain difficulties. The problem is mainly due to the inconvenience of expensive international phones and services (purchasing new SIM cards or not using cell phones).
