The case study of this mission relates to Warid Telecom, I worked at Pakistan's warid telecommunications company for two years. Warid telecom is a multinational corporation that is a telecommunications service provider. This task explains how the leadership theory supports the organization and ultimately this task will provide a leadership program to support organizational direction. The quality of leadership and management is important to make a common organization a very successful organization and many leadership and management theories have a major impact on the organization's strategy. Leadership and management use different theories depending on the situation to advance the organization. Warid Telecom has several very effective theories.

In this mission, Warid Telecom was used as a case study. As part of Warid Telecom's past, we will discuss how leadership can have a major impact on Warid Telecommunication's strategy and policies. In the first part, the main task point is how the leader works and how it affects the employee's performance. In the second part of the mission, a leadership plan on organizational direction was formulated. In this plan, Warid Telecom 's leadership strategy was formulated. The main purpose of this task is to discuss and explain the future needs of leadership skill development.
