Most people think that pregnancy is an exciting moment in your life and you can experience the happiness of your parents. Parent-child relationship is what every couple is looking forward to expecting. This concept is often thought by adults as an attempt to support families and build strong partnerships with lifelong partners. Commitment is one of the important concepts of successful parenting. But this exciting news turned into a tragedy of inexperienced teens pregnant.
Parenting is a fulfilling and challenging experience for mothers of all ages. For adolescent mothers, parenting issues are exacerbated by media coverage and education, social welfare, and stigma of health care workers. An insulting experience contributes to the social isolation, suffering and loss of confidence of young mothers (Fulford & Ford-Gilboe, 2004). They also weaken confidence and reduce the need for assistance. Mothers of adolescents discontinue judgment of rude staff and show rude staff. This may lead to absences or dropouts to avoid humiliation (Fessler, 2008; Peterson et al., 2007). If adolescent mothers are unable to receive education or services suitable for them, distrust may affect care, as nurses prejudice their mothers or teenagers withdraw from stigma. Other teachers promote dialogue by examining problems related to mothers, work, school and found similarities with young mothers.
Puberty mothers are condemned by stereotypes because there is no motivation, irresponsible and incompetent parents are absent. Despite these stereotypes being widespread, stigma is rarely the cause of adolescent mothers and their health and social disparity problems. After tracking how adolescent mothers have been misunderstood and stereotyped in the past half century, the stigma associated with adolescent mothers, the reasons for their sustenance, their efforts and potentially harmful I explained the influence. Stigma should be a concern for nurses, as stigma interferes with effective clinical care, exposes adolescent mothers to many challenges, and against respect for patient respect and dignity. Recommendations to restore dignity and reduce prejudice to health care focus on developing certification practices based on adolescent happiness and respect for mothers and attention.
