Simon Sinek was fascinated by a great leader in the world who succeeded in organizing the thought, behavior and communication of the moving leader and organization. I am teaching a postgraduate course of strategic communication at Columbia University. The focus of this TED lecture is three books, including Best Seller "Introduction: How to encourage great leaders to take action".
In his speech, Sinek introduced the concept of "Golden Circle". I called it "a natural generation model based on biology of human decision making". The inspiration of the organization is not inspired by other people. "
"Encouraged leaders and encouraging organizations are thinking, acting, communicating from within, regardless of their size or industry."
Sinek says that at Apple and Martin Luther King all the great and moving leaders and organizations are working in the same way. Leaders who strongly appeal to their hearts will turn their attention to what they are and begin to understand the reasons before turning to something next. Sinek uses Apple as an example. Apple believes (cause) the challenge to the present situation (current situation) by making a beautifully designed product a computer. Does your organization do the same?
Sinek believes that the purpose of business is to do business with everyone who believes in their own beliefs, not to do business with everyone who needs to own it, and also to do business with people who are also suitable for recruitment It is to do business. I truly believe in the company's mission as well as wanting to recruit people aimed at wages and benefits only. He pointed out that the part of the brain responsible for our feelings - the limbic system - is also the cause of all human behavior. So then why people can understand all the facts, with all of them, and still "with their intuition"
Finding people who really care about your company's mission can transform your company's culture into a corporate culture driven by loyalty and passion from the desire to earn more money.
Not every person with an authoritative status or title is a true leader. Sinek said the real leader is the leader we should obey. It is not because we need to obey, because we want it. According to Mr. Sinek, leaders start with what they think and inspire the people surrounding them.
In TED's lecture, Simon Sinek teaches us "a way to make great leaders motivate their actions". There is no one who obeys the leader's leader. As a leader, you will never be recognized by your leader unless you motivate someone to grow. Remember that your primary responsibility to the team is not just to manage them. Your people must know what you truly care. Do not hesitate, always open the door so people can talk about the problem. Pay attention to those who are a bit confused or emphasize that they are concerned about their happiness and work performance. Take your time from your busy schedule to support those who need you. In order to make full use of the role of the team, we care about each team member and increase productivity.
Simon Sinek, who has a background in marketing, has "known as" why it started: a great leader should bring action to everyone (2009) "and is known for the popular TED lecture" Great Leadership " . How do people make actions? "In this talk, Simon helped me understand why it is important for business. He was motivated to support specific projects and buy their products, not because people did what they did or what they did, why they did it
