At the age of 22, Eleanor Louis Cowell had a son Theodore Robert Cowell. Ted Bondi was born on 24th November 1946, and his childhood was just normal. From the day he was born, Bondi has to face criticism, it is from society and relatives. Criticism is because Ted is an illegal child born to the Methodist family. Immediately after Ted was born, he and his mother moved to their grandparents' house.
