This great appeal to smartphones has made social media applications a highly mobile network.

Impact on Consumer Decision Making As social media technology continues to evolve, it has influenced consumer decisions to purchase products and services offered by companies. Meanwhile, social media has become an important element to increase sales of brands regardless of size, because the beginning of the Internet revolution.
