0 INTRODUCTION Dr. Mahathir Mohammed and Bill Gates are two excellent figures known for their excellent achievements. Dr. Mahathir is the fourth Prime Minister in Malaysia, who has governed the country for 22 years and is the longest of all prime ministers. Mahathir is known as the father of modernization. During his regime he performed a series of improvisational projects that made Malaysia rapidly develop in many ways. Mahathir has brilliantly launched a project called Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC).

DATUK Seri Mahathir Mohamad was born on 20 December 1925 at Alor Setar in Kedah, Malaysia. He is the youngest child of nine children in his family. His father, Mohamad Iskandar, was the first Malay principal of Kedah English School. As the principal, his father has to influence Mahathir's idea, and his personality will become stronger in the future. His family still has a very determined mind and I think he always has whatever he wants. Mahathir studied at a Malay school for two years before going to the government's English school. At that time, it was difficult to obtain enrollment in English school; he achieved satisfactory results in the exam and got a place at the government's English school (Rajendran, 1993).

Dr. Mahathir Mohamad was born on 20th December 1925 in Alsace, Severampera State in Kedah 1. He is the youngest child of nine children. His father, Mohamad bin Iskandar, is a semi-Indian and his mother, Wan Tampawan, is a Malay. His family is not aristocratic so it comes from a very gentle career, and now they are particularly inclined to religion and politics. Mahathir started to engage in small and medium enterprises since the school was closed during the occupation of Malaya in Japan during the Second World War. He started selling coffee and later became a snack tucker. The majority is Pissing goring (banana fritters).

Tun Mahathir bin Dr. Mohamad (Jawi: محضيربنمحمد; IPA: born July 10, 1925) is a Malaysian politician, now the second Prime Minister of Malaysia. He is the chairman of Pakatan Harapan Alliance and Malaysian parliamentarian of Kedah's Langkawi Constituency. He served as prime minister from 1981 to 2003, making him the longest servant. Mahathir has over 70 years of political career since joining the Malaysia Domestic Organization (UMNO), which was newly established in 1946.
