For the purposes of this article, the author attempts to incorporate the first and second sessions of people, organizations, and high performance teams into Part 1 of the Waikato University MBA. This article describes the team scenario of the Dragon's Den team which is part of Dragon's Den of the Hamilton campus in 2013. The author will try to learn from these situations by combining critical theories to analyze the different stages of team experience. At the beginning of the team formation process, the Long Group's evaluation was sent to the queue and the first two members began hiring team members.
The production staff led us to "Den". The BBC wants the first impression of the dragon to be as real as possible. We were protected by a member of the production team all day, so we will not accidentally touch the dragon on the way to the toilet. So when we walked over the elevator and stood before the five chairs, it was really the first time they met us, and we were them. Then the conversation shifts to our income stream, how we handle data protection, and why retailers benefit from tools like Pouch. This is my favorite point all day. I stood up under Mr. Touker Suleyman's rigorous interrogation. Touker Suleyman said retailers will only send coupons via email and social channels. I checked his website two days ago (Hawes & Curtis), and they have 15% coupon code on their homepage. I told him that he had invalidated his objections as I knew about his business and use of coupons. This tells the dragon two things:
With BeyondMe, we will describe the establishment of a partnership between the BeyondMe team and charity as an interactive process. However, by marking team activities and charity as "promotion" to discuss partnerships, you may be misunderstood to think that this is a Dragon's Den style event. When I imagine a tune, I imagine that someone cooperates and does not cooperate and sells or persuades others. I am pleased that we can experience our pitching process from the perspective of charitable organizations and young professionals. My amazing discovery is the interactive BeyondMe pitch process. This is an opportunity to identify chemistry and energy that professionals and charities meet, learn more about each other's strengths and skills, and develop this potential partnership into meaningful and influential ones.
