Team Psychological Safety: Tips for Virtual Meetings

We welcome the introduction of basic rules for state purposes.  Do not interrupt.  Listen to understanding.  Talk so that remote participants are in the room.  Set up the agenda of the meeting and distribute it in advance.  Keep time to build relationships.
