Introduction Functioning well in a group is essential to succeed in an effective group. Team building is an ongoing process that helps groups of people grow into unitary units. Team building helps to achieve teamwork. This is a series of program activities designed to collect and analyze data on the operation of the team and initiate changes designed to improve teamwork and team efficiency. Symptoms showing team building are at this stage, most team members are active and polite. Some people feel uneasy because they do not fully understand what the team does. Other people are excited about future tasks. As a leader, you play a leading role at this stage as the roles and responsibilities of team members are not clear. This stage may last for a while

Effective managers incorporate the diverse group of people into a well-functioning team. In an effective team, each team member plays a specific assigned role and all clicks reach the goal. The manager's job is to know that each team member receives the appropriate tasks, how to implement them, and try to take appropriate action.
