In this paper I will describe the book "Nut and Bolt Tutorial in Physical Education" published in 2008. The CD to which the sample lesson plan is attached is included in the book. This book is really a guide to teach 17 operations and 8 sports skills children from 5 years old to 12 years old will learn in physical education class. I will briefly explain these skills through the proposed activities. This is a useful guide for future physical education teachers. Each skill has figures and steps, and there are keywords and "hints".

How are nuts and bolts manufactured? Nuts and bolts were made long before the car was made. In the early stages, cars, nuts and bolts were standardized and mass-produced, because it worked well on many different machines. You do not need to create a nut or bolt when creating the first car. As a teacher who really likes and appreciates the basic elements of teaching, the interaction between elements is a very interesting concept. What I have taught for more than 10 years is shocking and I have never heard of or participated in the professional development of this topic until this year. The impact on education is very important and it is widely applicable. When teachers plan to present information in the classroom, they definitely should consider the interaction between the elements.
