Ethnical identity is the subject that most of us are trying to avoid. When proposed in the discussion, we tend to pay off, ignore or deny it. This problem is a problem the American academic system has been faced since its development. To the extent that this is a problem, we will influence us. In the education system, the government will do its utmost to provide students with a safe and comfortable learning environment. In order to have a perfectly comfortable and ideal learning space, we must deal with the problem of ethnic identity. .
As a clinical psychologist interested in research into the development of ethnic identity for the black children, I am a race who was asked by the chairman of the black research department of the university university that I was a lecturer for a long time ago I started teaching discrimination.
