New Age Teacher (TNE) is a groundbreaking initiative to strengthen K - 12 education by developing excellent teacher education programs. The Stanford Teacher Education Program (STEP), as one of the 11 TNE institutions preparing for the teacher of tomorrow, through specialized development school relations with partner schools and university curriculum and curriculum reform, I am working on improving teacher preparation and K - 12 student learning. A new generation of teachers is an initiative aimed at improving the quality of teachers by reforming excellent teacher preparation courses. The teachers of the new era consist of three design principles. First, the course emphasizes the importance of proof of student achievement through proof to the pre-service teacher. Secondly, this initiative fully integrates liberal arts and science teachers to enrich future teacher's general knowledge and subject matter knowledge. Finally, support will be extended to junior teachers of various universities and universities.
