Introduction Frederick Winslow Taylor (1856-1915) discovered scientific management in the United States and was blessed with most scholars with heritage of scientific management system (Wren, 2005). According to Wren (2005), Taylor wanted to establish an effective management system because there is no official management or various abnormalities. Sullivan (1987) pointed out that Taylor's efforts not only symbolized the beginning of the management era in industrial production but also the end of the American craft era.

FW Taylor is known as the father of science and management. In 1878, he joined the workers of the Midvale steel company in the United States. From that position, he became a chief engineer in 1884.
