Targeted Killings in the Fight Against Terrorism

INTRODUCTION The United States publicly condemned Israel with targeted killings against Palestinian terrorists only ten years ago. On July 5, 2001, Former US Ambassador Israeli Martin S. However, since September 11, the United States has been in a worldwide war with terrorism I often used this controversial strategy.
