You have seen a person who is tanned until now, but their skin looks almost like leather. Or people who are not getting sunburned. On average, more than 1 million people are spending their money on sunburns. Unfortunately, this is not just a pleasant hobby, these people are in danger. The person with sunburn is too tanorexics the dermatologist calls. People at tanorexics want to look at the color of their skin and make it different. They feel self-conscious when others are tanning more than them. Desiring to get sunburned is not necessarily a bad thing, but many people will push it far.
The term "tanorexia" is generally used by individuals, but it is not considered to be an actual state of health management. It comes from "sunburn" and "anorexia." Tanorexia is often compared with drugs and alcohol. These diseases are often not managed by individuals. An extremely serious case of loss of libido can be contrasted with a physique heteromorphism (also called BDD) that individuals are very picky about their images and often think that they do not get sunburned.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), it is a well-known fact that unhealthy lifestyles are the main cause of disease in at least 60-70% of cases. The impact of lifestyle has long been uncertain. Therefore, there is no direct difference in people's health. Through all these, people converted themselves into cluttered ropes. Loss of productivity (billions of dollars) related to several health conditions and risks is being studied. Cancer, diabetes and heart disease cause a trillion dollar productivity loss in the United States. More importantly, cancer is a preventable disease that requires a change in lifestyle. Only 5 to 10% of all cancer cases are attributed to genetic defects, but the remaining 90 to 95% of the cancers result from the environment and lifestyle. Many countries do not receive medical treatment, but they are treating diseases
There are various factors that have various influences such as diet, lifestyle habits, environment, etc. in this disease. Because cardiovascular disease is a lifestyle-related disease, lifestyle hormones contribute to coronary heart disease. Lifestyle diseases are affected by what we do and what we eat. In some cases, certain bacteria can be considered as the cause of a specific type of heart disease, but many reasons are related to our lifestyle. Risk factors and contributing factors are summarized below. A certain amount of cholesterol is needed to help body process hormones such as estrogen and testosterone. It is very dangerous to include high concentrations of cholesterol in the plasma. Utilization of cholesterol promotes the transport of proteins around the body through proteins (lipoproteins). This molecule helps to form atherosclerosis. Long-term high cholesterol levels increase the risk of atherosclerosis. See Figure 1
