Trade union institutional reform always controversial between union members and drivers. And the result of implementing the new change. The purpose of this article is to discuss what I think about the institutional reform that is essential for improving the whole EU. The institutional reform I want to start first is to make the European Parliament a stronger institution. Congress is the only institution that directly elects members of that member and is the most democratic institution in the European Union.

The research theme of this paper focuses on possible ways to improve the effectiveness of existing EU emissions trading systems. So, which area of EU ETS is the most problematic and most obstructive? In this article we will consider basic facts and problematic issues in order to draw a conclusive in a reasonable overview.

The relationship between Russia and Europe is an international relationship between the European Union (EU) and Russia, the biggest border country in the east.
