Factory farm; this is the place to produce meat for human consumption, and this definition only explains the origin of the industry. On most factory farms, there is no regulation by the government. This is disadvantageous for billions of animals affected by dirty businesses. When piglets are born, they are divided into breeding sows and other piglets are used only for their meat. Thousands of sows lived in their cages, experienced numerous forced impregnation, and the cage became ill since the cage was full of feces.
Cowspiracy is a popular documentary on Netflix, explaining the current state of factory management and how we procure food, especially meat more responsibly. This documentary may be a bit intense and you may not want to eat a lot of meat after reading it. Looking at this documentary will help you think more carefully about the source of food and how to become a responsible consumer. Blackfish can be regarded as a popular documentary that makes Netflix documentaries popular. When released a few years ago, most people are listening to it, and a lot of people are watching it. Most of us have never seen a killer whale, so I do not know very little about it; this documentary will help to raise awareness about the large animals being held (such as killer whales) and the results of that decision .
I will take up factory agriculture as an example. Industrial agriculture is related to scale. On a typical factory farm, livestock is characterized by typical industrial plants. To maximize yield, animals breed in a small space. When they become food they go through the "processing" system from birth to end. The government calls these facilities centralized or restricted animal husbandry, CAFO for short. This is no longer a typical picture book farm, a green meadow, and a red barn in American myths. In fact, according to CAFO definition of the US Environmental Protection Agency, "There is no grass or other vegetation in restricted areas during normal growing season" (Source)
The factory ranch is defined as "a large-scale industrialized intensive agricultural system that emphasizes maintenance of indoor animals and limitation of liquidity benefits" (factory cultivation). Factory agriculture is related to the cruel and unfair treatment of animals and few people actually support the farm as there are no other people that adversely affect health or the environment. . Because the factory farm is the most popular agriculture, the agricultural industry is being phased out. "... In the USA, now only 3% of the farms produce amazingly 62% of the country's agricultural output" (Farrell). The agricultural industry is predominant and the factory farm gradually takes over the traditional agricultural methods. There are many reasons why supporters of factory farms consider factory farms to be beneficial.
