RealCare Baby is widely known as "Robot Baby". This is a programmable baby simulator that requests daycare and nightcare and tracks the caregiver's response. Leonard began using RealCare Baby at Northridge Middle School in Crawfordsville, Indiana in 2004. Three years later, a master's degree in pedagogy was acquired and Leonard, a member of AAHCS and AAHCS in Indiana Province, succeeded in granting five simulator fees to the regional healthcare industry. She believes that this will help lower the pregnancy rate of local high school teenagers.
