December 15, 2011 A 101-minute Dharma address of New Hamlet in the village of Ume in France. This is the seventh conversation that was offered during the winter vacation from 2011 to 2012. The speech was provided by the Vietnamese people and provided by Mr. Chen Yang in English.
Please touch the earth's insight. The truth is insight and the goal of our religion is truth, kindness and beauty. We respect the god Buddha, God, and respect God to gain this insight. When we are jealous, we do not need to personalize the statue, but we need something concrete. Compassion to understand. Wisdom Everyone can maintain their religious beliefs; touching the earth is not inanimate. Mother Earth is a wonderful Boddhisatva
Regarding medicine and health, we can not rely on a single thing. The same can be said about religion. We need to pay attention to our body. Please return your mind to our body. You have time to use your computer, but are not suitable for your body? We are organizing a health regimen to restore physical and mental health (April 2012). If we can breathe and return our thoughts to our body, we can stop alienation by external force such as computer, TV, mobile phone etc. stop it. Soothing. concentration. Breathing is your goal and you can prevent distraction
For about an hour of conversation, we focused a special focus on dealing with the short-term nature of what we consider themselves, restoring Paramarthah Gathas and Gatha 17-21 in Asago's Yogacarabhumi transit study Did.
17-18. The body looks like bubbles. It feels like a bubble above water. Perception is like a mysterious city. The psychological shape is like the stem of a banana tree. Consciousness is like magic. This is what the Buddha taught.
Ignorance does not make ignorance or ignorance, nor does it ignorance others. The other ignorance ignorance. But ignorance does not exist
Ignorance is due to inappropriate attention. Ignorous people can draw inappropriate attention
21. Advantages, lack of advantages, and real estate; these formation is imagined in three ways. There are three karma in all and they are not compatible with each other.
There are six earth contacts. First of all, we have a deeper understanding. In the second part, we see relationships with other creatures, including the people who live around us. Through the fifth contact with the earth, we can really feel the love of people who do not like them. All hatred and anger will disappear, we hope that disliked people will enjoy enjoying happiness. First of all, we can love ourselves. Touching the earth and memorizing six accompanying meditations brought deep love and acceptance to us. When we can love those who make us miserable we will understand what miracle love is.
To really touch the earth is to feel the strong desire of that wild. How do you touch the earth? It might literally help you pick up some local soil and compost and go through your fingers, but again it will bring only dirty fingers and not change in life. First of all, we must understand that we are the earth and the earth is in us. As we move, we feel the earth is moving in our body. Thich Nhat Hanh suggested that we pay attention to our feet of ours and earth-to-earth contact.
In fact, we touched the Earth six times and gave ourselves to the Earth and our own real nature. Let us surpass ourselves as we touch the earth with our forehead, feet and hand so that our bodies and minds form a perfect whole. We gave up on pride, thought, fear, indignation, even even hope, and entered the world as it is. Touching the earth is an effective practice of yoga. We return to the source of our own wisdom and are no longer separated from Mother Earth.
